Referral Agreement

In consideration for receiving referral(s) from MarThel Real Estate, cooperating broker/agent agrees to pay to MarThel Real Estate 15-percent of the total gross compensation earned by cooperating broker/agent at the close of the transaction, based on the referred-side of the transaction.
