Referral Agreement

In consideration for receiving referrals from MarThel Real Estate, cooperating broker/agent agrees to pay to MarThel Real Estate 20-percent of the total gross compensation earned by cooperating broker/agent at the close of the transaction, based on the referred-side of the transaction.

Upon successfully closing a transaction, cooperating broker/agent agrees to send within 10-days after closing referral fee to MarThel Real Estate, Post Office Box 2248, West Covina, CA, 91793.

% of commission:

Cost to you is only when you closed a transaction with lead we referred to you.
Example: If you make 3% commission on a transaction of $100,000, your gross commission is $3,000. If transaction was referred by us & you agreed to pay 20% of the gross commission, the referral-fee you will pay to us is $600 (which is 20% of $3,000)

At closing of a transaction:

1. Send payment & Closing-Transaction-Report (click here) to:
