Referral Agreement

In consideration for receiving referrals from MarThel Real Estate, cooperating broker/agent agrees to pay

to MarThel Real Estate of the total gross compensation earned by cooperating
(provide percentage, ex. 25 %)

broker/agent at the close of the transaction, based on the referred-side of the transaction.

% of commission:

Cost to you is only when you closed a transaction with prospect we referred to you.
Example: If you make 3% commission on a transaction of $100,000, your gross commission is $3,000. If transaction was referred by us & you agreed to pay 25% of the gross commission, the referral-fee you will pay to us is $750 (which is 25% of $3,000)

At closing of a transaction:
