Option #3

In this option, associate registered for cities that provide services. When a lead request services for a particular city, all associates registered for that city are informed simultaneously about lead's request. Associate who responds first receives referral.

Cost:

Annual Association fee of $20
% of commission - Upon successfully closing a transaction

To join:

1. Fill out association-form, click here

2. Make association payment of $20 dollars for 1-year (Credit Card or send check):

% of commission:

Cost to you is only when you closed a transaction with lead we referred to you.
Example: If you make 3% commission on a transaction of $100,000, your gross commission is $3,000. If transaction was referred by us & you agreed to pay 20% of the gross commission, the referral-fee you will pay to us is $600 (which is 20% of $3,000)

At closing of a transaction:
